Returns/Exchanges
Products are handmade in small batches so no return or exchanges in any circumstance due to the nature of the products. Once orders are placed and paid for there are no changes to order allowed.
Processing/Shipping
Please allow 7-10 days for order to be processed and shipped out from Ian Carter Body Company. Tracking numbers are sent out 1-4 days after you place an order. The United States Post Offices are still currently experiencing delays which is out of my control. There currently is NO global shipping available. U.S. Only.
Packages/Orders
Always check to make sure address is correct. Once products are out of my hands for shipping, the post office is responsible. Please contact local post office for lost and stolen packages to file a claim.
Damages
If an item arrives damaged, please let me know within seven days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Send photo of damaged item/package.

Q: Can I update or change my order?
A: Once you make a payment for your order you will not be able to add or change the order. You must place another order.
Q: Can I return my items?
A: No returns or . ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Q: Do your products contain preservatives?
A: YES, a natural preservative only in the case where water is an ingredient or that product will come into contact with water will that item will have a natural preservative to keep product from molding, growing bacteria or becoming rancid. (currently only the coffee body scrub does.)
